ShadowIQ is in early access, so it's access-controlled rather than self-serve. Request access from the waitlist and we'll set you up — individuals and smaller teams join through early access, and organisations such as schools and sport bodies can request a managed pilot. Either way our Melbourne-based team helps you onboard, then you add a trip (destination, dates, travellers or group, and contacts) and monitoring begins.
We combine news outlets, government travel advisories, official hazard and disaster feeds (such as GDACS), weather services, and flight-disruption signals. We deliberately favour a curated, quality-checked source set over raw volume, and filter out the noise so you only see what's relevant to your trips.
Our system continuously monitors global events and automatically assesses relevance to your specific destinations and dates. When something happens that could affect your travellers or group, you'll see it promptly with clear, actionable context.
We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. You can monitor at group level without individual traveller records, or add named travellers when you need to. We don't sell your data — we share it only with vetted subprocessors who process it on our behalf (see our Trust & Privacy page). We're proudly Australian-owned and building toward SOC 2.
Sign-in supports single sign-on through our identity provider (Google, Microsoft, and Apple today), and enterprise SSO can be arranged when needed. Deeper integrations (HR, travel booking, and similar) are handled case by case during onboarding rather than via a public API.
Early access includes direct onboarding and support from our Melbourne-based team. Ongoing support is confirmed as part of your plan or pilot agreement.
